Your cycle is counted from the first day of one period to the first day of the next. Ovulation is estimated at about 14 days before the next period, and the days when pregnancy is most likely are the 5 days before ovulation and the day itself. These are calendar estimates only — every cycle varies, and this tracker is NOT a contraception method and NOT medical advice.

Can I use this to avoid pregnancy?गर्भ नरहोस् भनेर म यसलाई प्रयोग गर्न सक्छु?
No. Calendar estimates are not reliable contraception — ovulation can move earlier or later in any cycle. For contraception, talk to a doctor or health worker about dependable methods.

The record itself still helps — you can show the pattern to a doctor. Predictions use your average, so very irregular cycles give wider, less certain windows.
